Registrations are Closed. I am sure lots of you are seeing that message and are very disappointed. Well, there still might be a little bit of hope there.

There are some folks who have registered, but still haven’t sent in their payments. We would kindly request you to take the time to either get in touch with us today and send in your payment, or the registrations get void today. If you have registered, paid and not received a confirmation, you might want to get in touch with Syed at syed@proto.in and confirm that your payment has been received and there are no confusions at either end.

If we do get any free seats on this behalf, we can and will accommodate those on the waiting list.

I would also like to let everyone know that the main auditorium which has a capacity of about 250+ people is full. The seats that we are and will be opening up will be for the adjacent halls which will have a live feed from the auditorium. You would still be able to meet all these presenters and attendees in the flesh and shake hands, which is the reason why we are even trying to make this extension and to accommodate everyone. But I hope you are aware that you might not get a seat inside the main auditorium. The seats will be numbered, so you will not be able to get into the main auditorium. I hope we are clear on that message.

Just so that we are clear, Proto this time is a full-two day event for all participants. Do make sure to be there on Saturday morning at 9am as the sessions to begin that early and there is coffee time before that. Do get to the venue at the earliest, as that would make it easier on the registration team to check you in.
